The 2026 Submission form is now live and that means the race is on to get your ideas in for the 2026 season of Virtual JaneCon!
Submissions close April 12, so you have some time to get your final ideas in order. If you need help with brainstorming or getting panelists for your program, please check out the VJC Discord! We’d love to hear you discussing your ideas there.
We need a Programming Committee!
If you love spreadsheets and curating a delightful program, we need you. Committee members need only help go over submissions, give feedback and identify any needs for submissions. In terms of time, this role only really operates until right after submissions close on April 12. We try to read submissions as they come in so it’s not all piled up at the end, and we hope to keep that pace going this year.
